Today we had a party at school, since it was exactly zero days left of IB! Nearly all of us were dressed, and we also had lots of cake to eat (including a mango-cheesecake I made). It's amazing to see how fast this last year of school passed, and it's absolutely crazy to think that in two months my high school career is finally over. Fortunately we are having a last meal together before heading off to the study break on Sunday, so that is when we will reminisce on our high school days together.
I was wearing a lovely denim dress from the H&M Fashion Against Aids-collection a couple of years back, some cute tights and my Jeffrey's. This dress was actually my confirmation dress back when I was 14, so I'm happy to see that it is still a part of my closet after four years. What did you guys think about the outfit?
Tänään meillä oli juhlimisen aihetta koulussa, sillä IB:tä on jäljellä tasan 0 päivää! Olimme lähes kaikki pukeutuneet teeman mukaisesti, ja päivän aikana tulikin syötyä enemmän kuin tarpeeksi kakkua (mukaanlukien tekemääni mango-juustokakkua). On aivan uskomatonta huomata miten nopeasti tämä abivuosi on mennyt, ja vielä hullumpaa on ajatella että reilun kahden kuukauden päästä oma lukiourani on kokonaan ohi. Onneksi näämme vielä IB-porukallamme sunnuntaina viimeisen aterian yhteydessä ennen lukulomille suuntaamista, joten silloin voidaan vielä lämpimästi muistella lukiopäiviämme.
Päälläni tänään oli ihana farkkumekkoni, mikä on H&M Fashion Against Aids-kokoelmasta muutaman vuoden takaa - tämä oli itse asiassa rippimekkoni 14-kesäisenä, joten on ihana huomata että lähes 4 vuotta vanha mekko kuuluu edelleen vaatekaappini valikoimiin. Mitä mieltä te olette asusta?
