Hi guys!

Work has had me super busy especially for the past 2 weeks, but this week started out great with two days off that I have spent basically doing nothing at all. Today I met up with Pauliina to take some photos, but it was getting dark which explains the not-so-great quality of these pictures - sorry about that.

I finally got the chance to wear my ALEXANDER WANG x H&M gloves which the lovely Jontte ordered online for me - I've been really thinking hard about what I could wear them with, since they are so long and really can't be seen under any jackets and I don't own a black poncho (yet...). Today I decided to wear them with this biker-styled jacket with the sleeves rolled up, and I thought it looked pretty good! What do you guys think?

I don't think I've showed you guys these leather boots of mine before here, but they were a real bargain I found online. The quality is amazing and they are beautifully hand made in Spain! The brand Sixtyseven was new for me, but I now know where to turn to when looking for classy quality shoes.

Tomorrow I'll go back to work again, but I hope to be able to take more outfit pics before the end of this week. Let's see how it goes!

Töissä on ollut ihan superkiireistä erityisesti viimeiset 2 viikkoa, mutta tää viikko alkoi kivasti kahden päivän vapaalla jotka olen käyttänyt tehokkaasti tekemättä yhtään mitään. Tänään nähtiin Pauliinan kanssa kuvienottomerkeissä, mutta ulkona alkoi olla jo sen verran pimeää mikä selittää ei-niin-hyvän laadun näissä kuvissa - pahoittelut siitä.

Sain vihdoinkin tilaisuuden pistää ALEXANDER WANG x H&M hanskani, jotka ihana Jontte oli minulle netistä tilannut - olen miettinyt jo pienen aikaa minkä kanssa yhdistäisin ne, sillä hanskat ovat sen verran pitkät etteivät näy tavallisten takkien alta ja multa ei löydy mustaa ponchoa (vielä..). Tänään päätin pukea hanskat mustan biker-tyylisen villakangastakkini kanssa takin hihat käärittyinä ja mielestäni se näytti aika kivalta! Mitä mieltä siellä ollaan?

En ole tainnut muistaakseni esitellä teille näitä ihania nahkanilkkureitani ennen, mutta kyseessä on todellinen löytö netin syövereistä. Laatu näissä on aivan mahtava ja ne ovat upeasti käsintehdyt Espanjassa! Merkki Sixtyseven ei ollut entuudestaan tuttu, mutta nyt tiedän minne kääntyä kun kaipaan klassisen tyylikkäitä ja laadukkaita kenkiä. 

Huomenna on taas paluu arkeen ja töihin, mutta toivottavasti saan aikaiseksi ottaa lisää asukuvia ennen tämän viikon loppua. Katsotaan miten käy!

P.S. Photobucketini on ollut raivostuttava viime aikoina, joten tein äsken Flickr-tilin ja latasin nämä kuvat sen kautta. Toistaiseksi tykkään kovasti, enkä malta odottaa uusien postausten tekoa!

Jimmy Choo for H&M

 

The things you find online are sometimes purely amazing. I remember when Jimmy Choo for H&M came out and I was obsessed with every single piece in the collection, but as a poor student all of them were out of my price range. Recently I found these beauties - my size, never worn with tags on. And the best was the price - 30 euros, which is waaay less than what they were as new. Can you really blame me that I couldn't resist? 

What do you guys think about the heels?

How amazing is this weather?! I feel like it's September or October, with the sun shining and everything looking just so beautiful. As much as I love it, I can't help but be a little blue about the fact that there still is not snow...I mean let's face it, that's what the Finnish winter is all about.

Wearing my red duffle coat, which is actually one of my favorites but I somehow always forget about it. I love the casualty of it paired with my CAT boots. I was seriously considering getting Timberland's as they seem to be a classier (and currently more popular) version of these boots, but I like the edgyness and "street credibility" that these have so I'll keep my CAT boots.

What do you guys think about the outfit (or more importantly, the weather)?
 

xmas feels

 

It's funny how something so little and vain as getting your lashes done can make your whole day - nothing much happened today, but I still feel pretty great. Red is the official color of this season, so it was time to paint my nails and put on my favorite red shirt, not to mention lipstick! 

 Hassua, miten joku niin pieni ja pinnallinen asia kuin ripsihuolto pelastaa koko päiväsi - tänään ei tapahtunut paljon mitään, mutta olo on silti mahtava. Punainen on tämän kauden virallinen väri, joten oli aika lakata kynnet ja pistää suosikkipaita päälle, huulipunaa unohtamatta!

Hi guys and Happy December! 

I'm so sorry for having such a long pause in blogging - I had a crazy busy week at work, and I've been so exhausted ever since. Thank God december is here as the whole Christmas atmosphere makes things so much better - some of you might already know from old posts that I love Christmas, so this month will probably be full of posts! 

These are old outfit pictures from two weeks ago when we got a ton of snow here, let's just hope it comes back soon so our days would be a little bit brighter. I have a few outfits up my sleeve that I haven't posted here yet, so I'll do my best in adding them into the blog archive of last month (yes, it's important that they are in a chronological order!). Be right back soon!

Hei kaikki ja ihanaa joulukuuta!

Pahoittelen aivan liian pitkää postaustaukoa -  mulla oli ihan älyttömän kiireinen työviikko, enkä ole oikein vieläkään toipunut siitä kunnolla. Luojan kiitos ihana joulukuu on saapunut, sillä jouluinen yleistunnelma tekee vain kaikesta paljon parempaa - jotkut teistä taitaakin tietää vanhojen postauksien perusteella rakkauteni Joulua kohtaan, joten varautukaa koko kuukauden kestävään hössötykseen!

Tässä on muutama vanha asukuva kahden viikon takaa kun tänne suotiin hieno kasa lunta, toivottavasti lumi tulisi pian takaisin päiviä kirkastamaan. Mulla on muutamat vanhat asukuvat muistikortilla mitkä pitäisi saada tännekin, ja aion yrittää parhaani lisätä ne oikeisiin kohtiin marraskuun blogiarkistoon (kyllä, kronologinen järjestys on erittäin tärkeää!). Palaillaan pian!
